Hello! I would like to tell you how wonderful one of your employees is! John Miles is amazing! My husband and I have been in Hurst General several times shopping for nuts, washers and bolts several times for our gladiator upgrade. John always recognizes us! Without a doubt he always knows the size and type of metal that would be best! Thanks John for being amazing at your job!!

Us locals love Ace hardware. They have everything. Unique fun decor, hardware, sporting goods, clothing, camping, etc. John D was very knowledgeable about the nuts and bolts we were seeking. Impressive that he knew exact size, length, and where to find it in the sea of drawers. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Always has a a fresh popcorn smell

I went to a different ACE first. I like ACE since they are universally helpful. I suspect they cost a few cents more but it's always worth. Today however the staff at Hurst ACE, specifically Paul, went above and beyond. He was able to fix a car key for me. It works as good as new and he saved me over a $100. I will go to that ACE every time from now on.

Stopped in for a box of 357 rounds. They were out. This seems to be a normal consensus lately with all store. I just might have to start reloading my own. Target practice with 38s isn’t as much fun. The younger dude at the counter was a bit sarcastic. Not sure what his mom was mad at him for today but why give bad service I’m not sure. Generally a well stocked store and nice employees. Restrooms were updated,clean-and stocked.
